Referral Management System

Our goal is to deliver a user centered experience.  Through the use of our newly launched, state-of-the-art Referral Management System (RMS), our partnering agencies can use this robust online tool as a simple, engaging, and seamless resource to send referrals, view client activity reports, and even view client budget information.  All of this is done through the secured online RMS. 

With the release of the custom designed ACS Referral Management System (RMS), cross organizational barriers are eliminated, providing a seamless landscape of productivity and interaction.


The exclusive Referral Management System (RMS) is comprised of two dynamic components:

     ACS/DFCS Client Portal (view client contacts, budget information, etc.)
     Submit A Referral (instantly submit a referral to ACS of Georgia)

The RMS allows DFCS Case Managers to:

     Send referrals via the website
     Review status of services (contacts, budget, etc.)
     View all contact reports (printable)
     View progress reports daily
     Receive weekly social work tips
     Communicate directly with ACS Staff
